Sunrise:
A wide spread of fruits, fresh muffins, and juice will be available for you to take as you depart for the sunrise shoot.
Breakfast:
Upon your arrival back to Ranch A from the sunrise shoot: Biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, and sausage links.
Lunch:
Charcuterie board with various meats and cheeses, vegetables and dips, sweet treats, club sandwiches and chips.
Supper SURPRISE!
From serving the finest of cowhands that roam the Eastern Plains of Colorado, to catering for hospital benefits, and several weddings in between; Daryl and Tina Waite have figured that they have cooked upwards of 3,500 meals out of their chuckwagon. Though they have primarily cooked for hungry cowboys running the ropes in the branding pen, Daryl and Tina have managed to slip away from ranch duties to attend chuckwagon cook-offs.
With numerous ovens full of beef, beans, bread, coconut cream pie, and Tina’s “Secret Recipe Peach Cobbler”, they have swooped up several championship ribbon winnings! We are very elated to announce that Daryl and Tina, along with Travis and Jessica Casteel, (Daryl and Tina’s daughter and son-in law) will be serving you up a “stick to your bones” authentic chuckwagon meal! This great evening of delicious food will be accompanied by fireside chats, your choice of whiskey, wine, or beverage offered, all while enjoying cowboy guitar strums and the genuine western serenades of Ms. Shiloh Hewitt and Mr. Erik Wolford.
This evening arrangement is also set up for a bonus photo opportunity! Bring your tripod and camera as we light up the covered chuckwagon from inside and illuminate for a great night time shoot set.
Supper:
Appetizers: jalapeno poppers stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon, along with steak tip bites.
Main course: Authentic chuckwagon meal featuring Wedding Beef, over mashed potatoes with gravy, bacon green beans, homemade dinner rolls, and Ms. Tina’s “Secret Recipe Peach Cobbler”.

Upon your arrival back to Ranch A from the sunrise shoot: Breakfast Burrito Bar featuring farm fresh eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, peppers, onions, and all the fixings, including homemade salsa, cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce.
Lunch:
Charcuterie board with various meats and cheeses, vegetables and dips, sweet treats, club sandwiches and chips.
Supper:
Rustic Tuscan Italian dinner with photographable place settings featuring homemade lasagna, Greek salad, seasoned broccoli, breadsticks, and cheesecake with your choice of toppings.

Brunch:
A breakfast casserole, fruit, and fresh muffins.
Snack & Beverage Availability
A snack cart will always be available to attendees and staff. This will be located inside the lodge on the main floor; and is to include a wide variety of quick to-go snacks, fruit infused and plain water, ice tea, hot coffee and tea, with sugar, honey, and cream available.
On Location
When we are away from the lodge for set locations, coolers with snacks, bottled water, and beverages will be taken along to the sets.
